World Language and Culture: French (Grades K–12)

The World Language and Culture: French (Grades K–12) examination includes two subtests. Candidates must take and pass both subtests to qualify for a Minnesota license in this field. Passing this test satisfies the testing requirement for both the K–12 license and the K–8 endorsement.

Test Sites	Subtest 1: CBT sites are located in Minnesota, nationwide, and in Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and Canada. Locate a test center . Passing Score	Subtest 1: 231 Subtest 2: 216 Examinees must pass both subtests.
Test Features	Subtest 1 includes the use of a headset. Subtest 2 includes the use of a headset with a microphone. Subtest 2 also includes an assignment that allows you to use special characters (e.g., diacritical marks) in a typed response. Practice using the Character Selector feature .
